About the Beer...

A Cheddar Ales favourite and a great example of quality bitter.  The intricate blend of hops provides a clean bitter taste that complements the warm malt flavours perfectly.  It is brewed using the best quality Maris Otter and Crystal malts and hopped with a blend of English whole hops.  Great with strong cheese such as mature Cheddar or meat pies.
